Welcome to SpaAllCare. These Terms of Service apply to your use of our senior wellness programs and related offerings. By accessing or using SpaAllCare services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

SpaAllCare offers a range of senior wellness programs, including in-person sessions, online instructional materials, and related goods designed to support well-being and healthy living.

2. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Appointments for in-person services must be scheduled in advance via our contact form. You may request to reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment time. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests received within this period.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are due at the time of booking or purchase. We accept major credit cards and other common payment methods. Confirmation of your booking or purchase indicates acceptance of the applicable fee.

4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

SpaAllCare aims to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. Reimbursements vary by offering type as outlined below.

4.1 In-Person Services

If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session, you may receive a full reimbursement of the service fee, or you may choose to reschedule at no additional fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for reimbursement, as our staff and resources have been allocated.

4.2 Online Programs and Instructional Materials

For digital courses, tutorials, or other online materials, you may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided you have accessed less than 20% of the content. To request a reimbursement, please reach out via our contact form with your order details. Approved reimbursements will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4.3 Goods and Products

Physical items purchased from SpaAllCare may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, complete the return request via our contact form. Once we receive and inspect the item, a reimbursement will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4.4 Non-Refundable Offerings

Certain specialty packages and promotional bundles may be designated as non-refundable. Such designations will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase. Non-refundable fees are justified by resource allocation and exclusive access to program components reserved for each participant.

SpaAllCare reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revision year noted. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
